[-empyre-] Postscript to the Women, Art and Technology discussion & opportunity to write an article
I have just re-read this entire discussion through from beginning to end
and am surprised that nobody has mentioned Carolyn Guertin's excellent site
Assemblage Women's New Media Gallery, which we host at trAce
http://trace.ntu.ac.uk/traced/guertin/assemblage.cfm It is a very broad
and wide-ranging collection. I hope list members will visit it and enjoy the
links there. If you find your work is not listed, do contact Carolyn to be
added.
I would also like to draw your attention to the trAce New Media Article
Writing Competition designed to provoke discussion and raise awareness of
new media writing, http://trace.ntu.ac.uk/Process/index.cfm?article=90 It
seems to me that this is the ideal place for contributors to the Women, Art
& Technology debate to present their views in a well-formed article. I hope
list members will consider entering the competition.
Best wishes for 2004 !
